Job summary

Global Blue by Shift4 is seeking a proactive IT support professional to deploy, support, and maintain decentralized IT systems. You will provide Level 1 support for Shift4 solutions, including POS and payment gateways, and handle ticketing, incident resolution, and knowledge base updates.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of practical experience working with IT systems.
• Applicable IT education.
• Proficiency in Windows, mobile devices, O365 and network basics.
• Azure and Intune familiarity is a plus.
• Strong analytical and customer-service orientation in a multicultural setting.

Responsibilities

• Handling deployment, support, maintenance and decommissioning of IT systems.
• Providing Level 1 support for Shift4 solutions and related tasks.
• Supporting Shift4 payment products, including POS and gateways.
• Ensuring IMACD processes within SLA terms.
• Coordinating incident resolution with on-site staff and ticketing systems.
• Writing and improving knowledgebase pages for employees.
