Job summary

Hilti Finland is seeking a Field Engineer to develop long-term relationships with key accounts and to drive sales of technical solutions and services on large projects in Northern Finland. The role blends technical depth with commercial acumen and supports the region including Northern Ostrobothnia, Kainuu, and Lapland, with preferred base in Oulu.

You will work with local sales teams, manage customer relationships across multinational clients, promote BIM-enabled digitalization and service

Qualifications

Relevant technical or commercial education (B.Sc or M.Sc).
Fluent Finnish and English (written and spoken).
Experience selling technical products and solutions with proven track record.
Ability to manage large entities and multicultural clients and develop long-term customer relationships.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

Increase sales through named key projects and development of customer relationships.
Drive close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
Work with modular support systems and solutions for HVAC, modular secondary steel structures, passive fire protection and anchoring technology.
Drive digitalization, BIM and service offerings for large and complex projects.
Proactive collaboration with customers to understand and solve their business needs.
