Job summary

Granlund is seeking a Lead Site Engineer to lead and coordinate site supervision across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and building automation projects. The role is strongly site-based, requiring travel within Southern Finland and regular presence on project sites.

You will interpret drawings, ensure quality, manage resources, and liaise with clients and contractors to meet schedules and safety standards. We value English fluency, a relevant technical degree, and proactive ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating people, resources, and activities on technical site projects.
• Relevant technical degree and strong site operations understanding.
• Ability to interpret drawings, plans, and project documentation.
• English fluency; Finnish language skills are a plus; valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Site Engineers across projects.
• Ensure work progresses per approved plans and quality standards.
• Monitor site safety, work permits, and working hours.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, designers, and management.
• Travel regularly to project sites in Southern Finland.
