Job summary

Leviat in Helsinki, Finland, is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer and Team Lead to drive sales and provide expert technical guidance across Finland and Estonia.

You will lead two external sales professionals focused on Concrete Precasters and direct construction sales of Halfen products, aligning with Leviat’s strategic goals and delivering customer value.

This role blends engineering depth with leadership, customer focus, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with construction industry insight.
• Experience leading a sales team in engineering or construction.
• Ability to guide external sales professionals and coordinate cross-geo.
• Knowledge of brickwork support systems and Halfen products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support two external salespersons for Concrete Precasters and Halfen products.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, engineers.
• Provide technical consultation, design input, and compliance guidance.
• Promote Leviat solutions and Halfen products with strong technical backing.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams (primarily Sweden) and product development.
• Coordinate with logistics, R&D and customer service to ensure project success.
• Represent Leviat in meetings, presentations and industry events.
• Negotiate prices and terms with customers.
• Stay updated on industry standards and technical specifications.
