Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 7+ years of related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and support Windows OS, Office, Apple devices.
• Maintain and repair PCs, printers, and peripherals.
• Configure and deploy OS images and configurations.
• Manage user accounts, security, and group policies.
• Coordinate with Tier 3 for advanced issues.
• Document repairs and maintain inventory.
