Job summary

Jobgether in Finland is seeking an IT Systems Support Officer for a fully remote, international role. You will provide day-to-day user support across Microsoft 365 and core business systems, manage access, asset records, and system documentation while coordinating with external IT providers.

The role blends hands-on troubleshooting with systems administration, cybersecurity support, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Practical experience supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud-based platforms.
• Hands-on troubleshooting for hardware, software, login, connectivity and permissions.
• Experience managing user accounts and system access.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Experience maintaining IT records and documentation.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy principles.
• Ability to investigate problems independently and escalate when needed.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Organizational skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to users across Microsoft 365 and core business systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, connectivity, permissions, and user-access issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
• Coordinate complex technical issues with external IT providers and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate IT asset registers, software licensing info, and system records.
• Document IT requests, changes, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions.
• Assist with new system implementations, updates, and workflow improvements.
• Test system changes and workflows to identify issues before impact to users.
• Identify recurring problems and opportunities for process improvements.
• Maintain IT documentation and knowledge resources.
• Support cybersecurity, data privacy, and access-control procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and user experience.
