Job summary

Marski Data Oy in Joensuu is seeking a System Specialist for the Print Solutions team to ensure customers' printing environments run smoothly from start to finish. You will deploy printers, install and configure printing solutions and applications, and maintain devices and environments on customer sites.

The role is mobile and on-site, requiring flexibility and a can-do attitude. A basic IT background and knowledge of Microsoft 365 are expected, along with a driving license; printer experience

Job description

We are seeking a System Specialist for the Print Solutions team in Joensuu. You will help ensure customers' printing environments operate from start to finish. Your duties will include deploying printers, installing and configuring printing solutions and applications, maintaining devices and environments, handling customer support tasks, and performing mechanical installation and maintenance work.

The role is mobile and varied, sometimes adjusting settings, other times installing devices on site. We value a can-do attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.

Requirements include basic IT knowledge, understanding of Microsoft 365, willingness to perform mechanical installation and maintenance tasks, and a driving license. Experience with printer environments is a plus but not required.
