Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer for on-site work in Finland. The role demands 6–8 years in Field Services and hardware support across PCs, meeting rooms, and collaboration gear, with strong Windows 10/11 and Office 365 knowledge.

You will perform remote troubleshooting, OS imaging, and basic networking, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure fast, effective issue resolution at client sites.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in Field Services / Onsite Support
• Windows 10/11 knowledge and Office 365 experience
• Proven work experience in desktop/technical support roles
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting with clear instructions
• Experience with Windows imaging and OS deployment processes
• Knowledge of basic networking and troubleshooting tools

Responsibilities

• Bulk refreshes and asset management at customer sites
• Laptop provisioning and new starter setups
• Coordinate with Facility Management for on-site support
• Hardware troubleshooting for mobile/tablet devices and peripherals
• Manage OS imaging tasks and software updates with SCCM/Intune
• Document processes and contribute knowledge articles
