Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, financial services, banking, leasing, insurance, or B2B sales.
• Strong commercial mindset and analytical approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Ability to translate data and insights into business actions.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of F&I strategy across retailer network.
• Monitor F&I KPIs, market trends, and opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
• Coordinate implementation of F&I products and digital tools across dealers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Retail teams to meet objectives.
