Job summary

Inchcape JLR Finland is seeking an F&I Coordinator to join our team in Finland. You will support the execution of the F&I strategy by working with retailers, finance and insurance partners, and internal stakeholders to improve commercial performance, customer retention, and profitability.

In this role you will monitor F&I KPIs, review results with retailers, coordinate product campaigns, and drive adoption of digital F&I tools across the dealer network.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, financial services, leasing, insurance, or B2B sales.
• Strong commercial mindset and analytical approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, self-driven and solution-oriented attitude.
• Ability to translate data and insights into business actions.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
• Experience in automotive finance or dealer networks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of JLR Finland’s F&I strategy across the retailer network.
• Monitor F&I KPIs, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Analyse performance data and translate insights into clear actions.
• Build strong relationships with retailers and finance partners.
• Coordinate finance retention activities, including maturities and renewals.
• Coordinate F&I product campaigns, tools, and processes across the dealer network.
• Drive adoption of digital F&I solutions and reporting tools.
