Job summary

Stora Enso Oyj is seeking a Manager, Data & Digital to enable data-driven decision making and drive digital transformation. The role can be located in Helsinki or Stockholm, or at one of the Stora Enso mill sites in Finland or Sweden.

Responsibilities include developing AI and data analytics capabilities, managing energy reporting and insights, administering energy-related IT systems, and driving digital tools and data integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in data science, IT-systems and AI
• Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and initiative; ability to be a process owner
• Established professional network or strong networking capabilities
• Ability to utilize data and develop AI-powered tools
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) mandatory; Finnish/Swedish is a bonus
