Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager (Project Delivery) to lead end-to-end ERP implementations and global client projects. The role is based in Helsinki, Finland with hybrid working arrangements and a GMT+1 time zone, and includes a visa/relocation package to Malta for the right candidate.

You will drive project delivery across scope, timeline, budget, and quality, applying Agile methodologies and coordinating cross-functional teams, while ensuring security and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years delivering end-to-end projects, ideally in the ERP sector; hands-on ERP implementation experience is a plus.
• Professional accreditation in a recognised project delivery methodology (e.g., Scrum Master, Prince2, PMI).
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proven experience applying Agile Methodologies and strong knowledge of DevOps.
• Strong time-management, team facilitation, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
• Ability to influence and motivate others and resolve conflict.
• Willingness to travel, sometimes on short notice.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and other ERP platforms is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage client implementations and support pre-sales activities.
• Determine the implementation method for each project.
• Monitor, track, and report on project progress.
• Prepare project communication, risk, and quality management plans.
• Manage project constraints (scope, time, budget, quality, risk, and resources).
• Provide status reports to executive sponsors and stakeholders.
• Lead the project team and handle HR-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with the client’s Information Security Policies.
