Black Pen Recruitment seeks a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to join a Microsoft Dynamics team, relocating to Malta. The role is hybrid, full-time, with base salary plus benefits paid in euros.

Lead architectural discussions, mentor developers, and implement React.js frontend with .NET backend, emphasizing modular, reusable code and modern practices.

Relocation support and visa assistance are provided to help you move, with onboarding and broad project exposure.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years hands-on IT experience.
• Proficient with object-oriented programming concepts.
• Proficient with React.js (Frontend) and .NET Framework (Backend).
• Experience with relational databases and asynchronous programming.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers daily and mentor team members.
• Guide architectural decisions and enforce coding standards.
• Drive engagement and reduce attrition through leadership.
