Job summary

Kiilto is seeking an ERP Delivery & Deployment Manager to steer the One ERP programme from design through deployment and go-lives. The role is three-year fixed-term with potential hybrid work and sites in Finland, including Lempäälä, Turku, Helsinki.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage transitions from design to build, and oversee deployments and international roll-outs with partners. Strong ERP delivery and international experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have ERP project and delivery management experience in international settings.
• Experience across build, testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery across streams and delivery partners.
• Coordinate the transition from Design to Build and cross-stream readiness.
• Lead planning and operational execution of ERP deployments and roll-outs.
• Coordinate business and technical readiness for deployments.
• Lead operational cutover and go-live coordination.
• Maintain visibility of risks, issues, dependencies.
