End User Services Lead: AD & VDI (Hybrid)

Job summary

Outokumpu Stainless Oy is seeking a Service Manager for End User Services, AD and VDI to lead service management and ongoing development of AD/VDI services within a global IT environment.

You will be the single point of contact for business stakeholders and vendors, driving improvements, overseeing CAB processes and ensuring service performance. The role offers hybrid work and opportunities for growth within a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AD and/or VDI technologies and operations.
• ITIL Foundation certification or similar service management experience
• Fluent English skills, analytical mindset, hands-on attitude and strong communication and cooperation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT service operations, vendor relationships, service budgets, forecasts and budget compliance
• Ensure services are available, efficient and effective, while monitoring and reporting on service performance
• Design, optimize and troubleshoot AD-related services, including group lifecycle, OU structures, GPO assignments and access control hygiene
• Manage Azure VDI-related topics, including FSLogix profiles, performance, application packaging and delivery
• Drive continuous improvement, harmonization and rationalization within the service area
• Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and participate in other relevant CABs
• Maintain service documentation, CMDB accuracy, software licenses and third-party service contracts, while mentoring specialists and sharing knowledge
• Option for on-call if needed.
