Job summary

Outokumpu is seeking an experienced Lead Developer for SAP Data & Analytics to drive the SAP BW/HANA analytics and data warehousing landscape. You will blend hands-on expertise with technical leadership to deliver scalable data solutions that support global business processes.

You will work with stakeholders, architects, project managers, and IT teams across regions to shape data capabilities and establish development standards, with a chance for 50/50 hybrid work.

Qualifications

• SAP BW development and implementation experience across multiple projects.
• Strong data modeling and ETL design for SAP data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA and SAP Analytics solutions.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of SAP BW on HANA and SAP BW/4HANA.
• Develop analytics, reporting, and dashboards to support decisions.
• Define standards and architectural consistency for SAP Data & Analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and adopt SAP technologies like SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
