Job summary

Varex Imaging Corporation in Espoo, Finland, invites an Enterprise IT Systems Administrator to join our global IT team. You will manage servers, virtualization, storage, and cloud services, ensuring reliable operations and disaster recovery readiness.

You will work with AD, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and monitoring tools, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting end users. The role includes 24x7 on-call rotation and travel 5-10% as required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Windows and Linux server administration
• Experience with virtualization tech (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox)
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 management and Entra ID
• Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, SolarWinds)
• Experience with storage/backup (NetApp, Pure, Cohesity, Veeam)
• Familiar with ITIL processes
• Familiar with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Experience with AD/IIS/FTP/SMTP
• Good communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise servers and systems infrastructure
• Uphold standards for system administration and configuration
• Maintain physical and virtual servers, networks, and data center systems
• Support VMware and Proxmox environments
• Manage Microsoft infrastructure (AD, DHCP, DNS, M365, Entra ID)
• Perform data center on‑site duties as needed
• Deploy, test, and document new systems
• Apply patches and security updates
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business needs
• Automate routine admin tasks
• Conduct regular system audits for efficiency and compliance
• Participate in 24x7 on‑call rotation
• Travel 5-10% as needed
