Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking a Document Controller to support project documentation management in Finland. The role involves validation, classification, registration, and distribution of project documents, plus maintaining site files and change control within the CDE.

Training and mentoring others are expected as part of continuous improvement. The candidate should have experience with large data sets, strong communication, and familiarity with DPD protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience handling large volumes of data/information from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of DPD protocols and ISO 19650 family knowledge.
• Ability to train and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Validate, check, and curate project documentation
• Establish central site files, registers, and relevant files
• Configure and implement change control within the CDE
• Attend project meetings to discuss documentation and IM matters
• Assist in developing file naming protocols and workflows
• Provide guidance on DPd protocols to project teams
