Job summary

Macor Jewellery, a Finnish brand of sustainable lab-grown diamond jewellery, is seeking a marketing-focused professional to lead digital campaigns and ecommerce initiatives from Helsinki. You will drive planning, execution, and measurement across email, paid media, and social channels, working closely with the Founder/Art Director and Showroom Associate.

Qualifications

• Hands-on digital marketing experience in ecommerce or related field.
• Ideally education in marketing, digital business or similar.
• Experience with paid advertising and campaign optimisation.
• Comfort with data, reporting and performance metrics.
• Strong Photoshop/photo editing skills.
• Well organized and proactive with premium brand understanding.

Responsibilities

• Maintain marketing and social content calendar: plan, schedule, copywriting.
• Plan, create and schedule newsletters in Klaviyo.
• Support campaigns and seasonal opportunities; drive commercial moments.
• Manage and update Shopify online store.
• Support SEO and customer journey across the website.
• Edit and optimise images for website and ads.
• Plan and optimise paid campaigns (Meta, Google, Pinterest).
• Monitor budgets, audiences and campaign performance; provide recommendations.
