Job summary

MagiCAD Group is seeking a Delivery Specialist to strengthen our Customer Operations team in Turku, Finland. You will process orders from our global direct sales force and resellers, ensuring accurate license delivery and smooth data flow into invoicing.

You will support CRM opportunity creation, assist direct sales and resellers with order placement, and maintain data quality across CRM and invoicing pipelines. Hybrid work model offered.

Job description

We are now looking for a Delivery Specialist to strengthen our Customer Operations team!

The main purpose of your role as a Delivery Specialist is to process orders from our global direct sales force and resellers while maintaining a high level of customer service. You will support smooth order handling, accurate license delivery, and reliable information flow into the invoicing pipeline.

In this role, you will be part of our Customer Operations team in Turku, Finland. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting the sales organisation with CRM opportunity creation and delivery-related questions, assisting direct sales and resellers with order placement, reviewing and controlling order quality, recording orders from selected resellers, creating and delivering software licenses, ensuring orders progress correctly into invoicing, placing purchase orders to partners, and participating in CRM data maintenance and data quality activities.
