MagiCAD Group is seeking a Delivery Specialist for our Customer Operations team in Turku, Finland. You will process orders from global direct sales and resellers, deliver licenses, and ensure data flows into invoicing with high service levels.

You will support CRM opportunities, answer order-related questions, and help maintain data quality in our CRM. The role requires English proficiency and a proactive, organized mindset, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Job description

We are now looking for a Delivery Specialist to strengthen our Customer Operations team!

The main purpose of your role as a Delivery Specialist is to process orders from our global direct sales force and resellers while maintaining a high level of customer service. You will support smooth order handling, accurate license delivery, and reliable information flow into the invoicing pipeline.

In this role, you will be part of our Customer Operations team in Turku, Finland. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting the sales organisation with CRM opportunity creation and delivery-related questions, assisting direct sales and resellers with order placement, reviewing and controlling order quality, recording orders from selected resellers, creating and delivering software licenses, ensuring orders progress correctly into invoicing, placing purchase orders to partners, and participating in CRM data maintenance and data quality activities.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for someone with strong general computer skills, a proactive and service-oriented mindset, and the ability to follow defined processes with high attention to detail. Good communication skills and tolerance for recurring and routine tasks are also important in this role.
