Job summary

Siili Solutions is seeking an AI Principal to drive AI strategy, engagement with clients, and the growth of our AI offering. You will shape opportunities, translate business needs into actionable roadmaps, and serve as a trusted advisor with a focus on delivering measurable business value.

The role blends strategic thinking, technical credibility, and business development, with leadership responsibilities and active contribution to Siili’s AI community. Fluent Finnish and English are expected.

Qualifications

Experience delivering end-to-end AI solutions into production.
Strong understanding of modern AI architectures and cloud platforms.
Expertise in LLM-based and agentic systems.
Ability to translate AI capabilities into business value and communicate trade-offs.
Experience in consultative sales, presales, and proposal development.
Ability to shape customer needs into compelling concepts and contribute to AI offerings.
Excellent communication in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

Identify and shape new opportunities with customers and account teams.
Define AI ambition and translate business needs into roadmaps.
Convert customer needs into compelling solutions and new business opportunities.
Contribute insights to ongoing development of Siili's AI offering.
Act as trusted advisor in engagements and ensure credible, value-driven solutions.
Share expertise within AI community and participate in content/events.
