Job summary

Bliss Bar & Grill in Helsinki's Jätkäsaari opens in November and seeks skilled cooks to join our new team. The role covers lunch service and à la carte in the evenings, with opportunities to contribute to menu planning and kitchen operations.

We offer both full-time and part-time positions with flexible start dates; applicants should have previous kitchen experience, teamwork, hygiene knowledge, and a Hygiene Passport. Finnish or English language skills are sufficient.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant kitchen experience or relevant education is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Careful, efficient and responsible approach to work.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and dietary requirements.
• Finnish and/or English language skills sufficient for duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lunch and à la carte dishes and daily kitchen tasks.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene and compliance with procedures.
• Consider special dietary requirements in menus and prep.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Possibly contribute to menu planning and kitchen operations development.
