Job summary

Bliss Bar & Grill in Helsinki seeks motivated waitstaff to join a brand-new team opening in Jätkäsaari. Roles include lunch and à la carte service, welcoming guests and collaborating with the kitchen, with flexibility in start dates during November.

WAITSTAFF – BLISS BAR & GRILL, JÄTKÄSAARI

A new **Bliss Bar & Grill** will open in Jätkäsaari, Helsinki, in November, and we are now looking for skilled and motivated **waitstaff** to join our new team.

We offer both **full-time and part-time positions**, with flexible start dates during November.

At Bliss Bar & Grill, we serve weekday lunch as well as à la carte in the evenings and on weekends. We also provide private events and catering services. By joining a brand-new restaurant, you will have the opportunity to help build our operations and working culture from the very beginning.

Job duties

The role includes a wide range of customer service and front-of-house duties, such as:

• welcoming and serving customers
• taking food and drink orders and serving them
• lunch and à la carte service
• preparing the dining area and maintaining cleanliness
• cashier duties
• working closely with the kitchen and the rest of the team

Depending on your skills and experience, the role may also include bar duties.

Requirements

We expect applicants to have:

• previous experience in restaurant or customer service work
• a valid Hygiene Passport
• a positive and customer-oriented service attitude
• initiative, responsibility and good situational awareness
• the ability to work smoothly in a fast-paced environment
• willingness to work evenings and weekends
• sufficient Finnish and/or English skills for customer service

Considered an advantage

• Alcohol Serving Passport
• experience in à la carte service
• experience as a bartender / in bar service
