Bliss Bar & Grill in Helsinki seeks motivated waitstaff to join a brand-new team opening in Jätkäsaari. Roles include lunch and à la carte service, welcoming guests and collaborating with the kitchen, with flexibility in start dates during November.

We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with salary based on the Finnish hospitality industry collective agreement and the candidate’s experience and skills. Fluency in Finnish/English and a customer-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant or customer service.
• A valid Hygiene Passport.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Sufficient Finnish and/or English language skills for customer service.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming and serving customers.
• Taking food and drink orders and serving them.
• Lunch and à la carte service.
• Preparing the dining area and maintaining cleanliness.
• Cashier duties.
• Working closely with the kitchen and the rest of the team.
• Possible bar duties depending on skills.
