Job summary

Leviat is seeking a Sales Leader to own sales toward contractors, construction companies, project developers and infrastructure stakeholders with a focus on large, technically demanding projects. You will drive opportunities from early stage through completion and lead the technical sales team toward success.

Based in Western Sweden with occasional national projects, you will coach technical sales reps, manage budgets, and ensure CRM and project databases are kept up to date while delivering

Qualifications

• Established network within construction/infrastructure sector (contractors, developers, engineers)
• Documented experience in project sales toward major projects
• Very good technical understanding related to construction/engineering
• Communication of technical solutions to specifiers and clients
• Structured, analytical with CRM and project follow-up

Responsibilities

• Own sales toward contractors and large projects with focus on technically demanding work
• Coach technical sales representatives
• Engage in operational engineering advisory and project sales in Western Sweden
• Build and develop customer base with contractors and developers
• Manage quotations, price negotiations, and contracts for major projects
• Maintain CRM data and perform market monitoring
