Qualifications

• Extensive experience in community and local government affairs, preferably with infrastructure and construction projects.
• Experience presenting and building trust with diverse stakeholders including government officials, community leaders, NGOs, environmental groups, STEM partners and students.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multinational environment and work across functions.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders including residents, NGOs, businesses, and municipal actors.
• Support government engagement at local and regional levels; coordinate qualitative and quantitative data into insights.
• Coordinate hyper-local narratives with Communications and ensure transparent messaging.
• Represent the voice of the community in datacenter planning, permitting, construction and operations.
• Measure impact and deliver regular program updates to Community Affairs leadership.
