Job summary

atNorth is recruiting a Community & Education Partner in Finland to lead local engagement, build strategic partnerships, and drive talent development. You will work with municipalities, schools, and industry partners, delivering outreach programs, sponsorships, and collaborations across the Finnish ecosystem.

You will collaborate with People & Culture and Operations to support internships, apprenticeships, and future talent initiatives, while tracking outcomes and contributing to a Nordic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years in community engagement or related roles.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships across diverse groups.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finland community engagement strategy implementation.
• Build relationships with municipalities, educational institutions, and industry partners.
• Plan and deliver community initiatives, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Represent atNorth in local forums, events, and site visits.
• Support stakeholder activities for new developments and sites.
• Develop partnerships with educational institutions across Finland.
• Coordinate educational outreach: student visits, lectures, career fairs.
• Collaborate with People & Culture and Operations on internships and apprenticeships.
• Identify opportunities for long-term workforce development.
• Track engagement and share best practices across Nordic network.
