Job summary

atNorth is seeking an Operations Commercial Manager to safeguard and optimize the commercial performance of its operational services portfolio across the Nordic region. You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, Client Management, Procurement, Legal and Energy teams to translate contracts into effective delivery and protect margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial management, contract management, or service delivery.
• Strong understanding of contract governance and SLA-based service delivery.
• Experience monitoring operational costs and margin exposure for decision-making.
• Ability to translate contractual requirements into practical operational guidance.
• Experience with vendors, subcontractors, and governance processes.
• Fluent in English; Finnish language skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer service agreements into operational commercial baselines.
• Monitor commercial performance, costs, and margin development.
• Identify and elevate commercial risks related to scope, cost, and SLA.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and site-level commercial reviews.
• Provide commercial impact assessments for scope changes.
• Ensure governance of contracts throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Client Management, Procurement, Legal, and Energy teams.
