atNorth in Helsinki is seeking a Senior Project Controller/Commercial Manager to oversee financial and contractual aspects of data center projects. Based in our Helsinki office, you will ensure financial efficiency, cost control, and contractual compliance across rapid growth infrastructure initiatives.

The role requires a strong track record in commercial management for large-scale projects, with expertise in budgeting, procurement, and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial management, preferably in construction or infrastructure; large scale projects.
• Strong expertise in budget preparation, cost control, and procurement processes with projects.
• Proven track record in managing complex contracts, claims, and variations.
• Analytical and meticulous mindset with an independent approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proactive, diplomatic style.
• Resilience under pressure and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
• Passion for both high-level financial strategy and hands-on project execution.
• Fluent written and spoken English, Finnish skills being very much appreciated.

Responsibilities
