Restaurant Olo in Helsinki is seeking a Cold Kitchen Shift Manager to join our ambitious, high‑level kitchen team. You will lead the cold kitchen and pastry sections and report to the Head Chef, with collaboration from other Shift Managers.

The role requires passion for quality, responsibility, and the ability to thrive in a demanding environment. The position is full‑time, with a starting salary of 3,000 EUR per month plus supplements; the final salary will reflect experience and expertise.

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional kitchen experience.
• Strong expertise, particularly in cold kitchen and pastry.
• Previous supervisory experience and taking responsibility.
• Fine dining experience – a clear advantage.
• Fluent English; Finnish is considered an advantage.
• Strong professional skills, organizational ability, and day-to-day demands of a high-level kitchen.
• Flexibility to step in wherever needed.
