Job summary

IQM Quantum Computers in Espoo, Finland, is seeking a detail-oriented Cleanroom Coordinator to join the Engineering team. This mid-level, full-time role focuses on planning, coordination, and tracking of cleanroom and equipment ramp-up projects, plus maintenance and spares management.

You will collaborate with subcontractors and internal teams, ensure consumables and utilities availability, maintain documentation, and support MES integration while keeping schedules calm under pressure and

Qualifications

At least 1 year of professional experience in project coordination, planning or scheduling.
Strong organization and documentation skills, high accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Comfort in a technical environment and curiosity to learn tools.
Ability to stay calm and keep everything on track under pressure.

Responsibilities

Track and report progress, milestones, and deliverables for new equipment ramp-up projects.
Plan and coordinate with subcontractors, equipment vendors and internal teams.
Ensure availability of consumables, utilities and accessories for ramp-up.
Arrange and facilitate meetings and site visits.
Maintain project documentation including drawings and quality reports.
Assist with equipment MES integration.
Track and monitor equipment stock levels and initiate replenishment.
Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and inform stakeholders.
Develop and maintain reporting of equipment performance.
