Job summary

IQM Quantum Computers in Espoo is seeking a detail-oriented project coordinator to strengthen the Cleanroom team. You will plan, coordinate, and track equipment ramp-up projects, maintenance, and spares management, ensuring on-time delivery and reliability.

You will work closely with engineers, vendors, and internal teams in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment, maintaining thorough documentation and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional experience in project coordination, planning or scheduling, in any industry and with any educational background.
• Strong organization and documentation skills, high accuracy and a sharp eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and the confidence to follow up with busy engineers, vendors and contractors until things get done.
• Comfort in a technical environment and the curiosity to quickly learn what each tool needs to run.
• Someone who loves bringing order to complexity and stays calm under pressure: keeping everything on track is the job.

Responsibilities

• Track and report progress, milestones, and deliverables for new equipment ramp-up projects. Identify potential delays.
• Plan and coordinate with subcontractors, equipment vendors and internal teams for equipment ramp-up.
• Ensure availability of consumables, utilities, and accessories for equipment ramp-up.
• Arrange and facilitate meetings and site visits.
• Maintain project documentation including drawings, diagrams and quality reports.
• Assist with equipment MES integration.
• Track and monitor equipment consumables and spare parts stock levels; initiate replenishment as needed.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules. Ensure all stakeholders are informed of schedule changes and maintenance activities.
• Develop and maintain proper reporting of equipment performance.
