N-Clean Oy in Finland is seeking a target-oriented Service Manager to lead the Rovaniemi and Kemi-Tornio area. Job description

Become a service manager for Roveniemi and the Kemi-Tornio area. Do you want to lead your own service area and be responsible for customer relationships, staff and business development? We work responsibly as part of a reliable team. We are looking for a target-oriented and development-minded service manager who enjoys people leadership, customer work and developing the business. As a service manager you are responsible for the operation of your service area as a whole. You guide daily work, develop service quality and operations and ensure customer satisfaction and profitability. At the same time ensure smooth, safe operations and alignment with our values. In the role you act as a key link between customers, staff and internal stakeholders. You influence customer experience, staff success and business results and drive change and develop operations long-term. You are responsible for leading operations and customer relationships and their development, ensuring quality and efficiency and taking a sales-oriented approach and identifying new business opportunities. In daily work you lead staff and support wellbeing and are responsible for the overall management of finances, resources and profitability. We expect you to have experience in supervisory work and service business and readiness to lead change and implement development. You work customer-oriented with a sales mindset, identify customer needs and provide solutions. You are a communicative, fair and consistent supervisor who can motivate, develop and coach your team. Your operations emphasize responsibility, problem solving, business-oriented thinking and ability to lead whole. You also actively promote an equal and respectful work community. Success requires fluent Finnish and English. The working area is Rovaniemi and Kemi-Tornio, thus a driving license and own car are prerequisites. Working days vary with client and region needs, and the role includes travel within the area.
