RINA is recruiting a Business Support Advisor to join its Finland office within the Marine Design & Engineering Finance Division. The role supports finance and administrative operations while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

You will contribute to month-end processes, financial reporting, and process improvements in an international project-driven environment. Fluency in Finnish and English is required; Swedish is a plus. Strong IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in similar finance and administration roles.
• Experience in international project-based organization is an advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English.
• Swedish language skills are a strong asset.
• Experience with financial systems and business tools.
• Good IT and system skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• D365 and Salesforce experience valued; willingness to learn new systems.
