Job summary

Accenture Nordics is expanding its BMC Helix capability and seeks engineers with deep IT operations experience to work with large, complex environments in the Nordics. You’ll deepen expertise in ITSM, CMDB, AIOps and Observability while delivering reliable enterprise platforms.

You’ll join a team focused on platform engineering, integrations, and automation, with opportunities to grow toward architecture and leadership. English is the working language.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT operations, observability or enterprise platform engineering experience.
• Hands-on BMC Helix or BMC Remedy in an enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in at least one BMC area such as ITSM, Operations Management, AIOps, CMDB or HelixGPT.

Responsibilities

• Operations & AIOps: event management, monitoring, alert correlation and root cause analysis.
• Platform engineering: upgrades, migrations, and performance optimisation of BMC Helix environments.
• CMDB & Discovery: Discovery, Service Mapping and data quality improvements.
• ITSM: configuring and improving incident, problem, change, request and knowledge management.
• Integrations & automation: connecting Helix with ServiceNow and other systems; automate workflows.
• Operational insight: dashboards and analytics to improve reliability and efficiency.
