Job summary

Accenture is expanding its BMC Helix capability across the Nordics, seeking engineers to work with large, complex IT environments and develop expertise in modern IT operations, observability, automation and AI. You’ll help clients build, improve and run BMC Helix solutions in enterprise settings, collaborating with client teams and Accenture specialists.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, ITSM, observability or enterprise platform engineering.
• Hands-on BMC Helix or BMC Remedy experience in an enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in at least one BMC area (ITSM, Operations, AIOps, Discovery, CMDB or HelixGPT).
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations and data flow between systems.
• Ability to solve technical problems independently while collaborating with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Help clients build, improve and run BMC Helix solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Work with client teams to implement Operations Management, CMDB & Discovery, ITSM, or Integrations & automation.
• Contribute to platform engineering tasks like upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Develop operational dashboards and analytics to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal experts and the Accenture BMC community to shape solutions.
