Job summary

Accenture Nordics is seeking a Senior Consultant / Technical Architect to help clients digitally transform their customer engagement using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AI-powered solutions. You will lead solution design, integration, and delivery across cross-functional teams, shaping scalable, future-proof contact center architectures.

You will bring deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure, with strong stakeholder management and a collaboration-first mindset.

Qualifications

Extensive expertise in Microsoft AI Business Solutions, particularly Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and architectural design.
Solid command of the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) and integration patterns.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.
Excellent English communication; Dutch or French preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead discussions with client stakeholders from definition to delivery of the solution.
Support clients in defining integrated contact center and customer service solutions.
Design end-to-end Dynamics 365 Contact Center solutions covering voice, chat, SMS, email and social channels.
Own the solution implementation and coordinate between client and development teams across onshore/nearshore/offshore.
