Job summary
Dell Technologies is seeking an HPC / AI Infrastructure / Configuration Service Delivery Engineer to join the Services team in Finland and Denmark. You will deliver, configure, and support large-scale AI and HPC environments, ensuring operational readiness and platform reliability across global deployments.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery, automation, and observability, applying strong Linux and networking fundamentals.
Qualifications
- Experience in service delivery, infrastructure operations, systems engineering, or platform operations.
- Strong knowledge of configuration management, provisioning, and deployment processes.
- Experience supporting Linux and distributed computing environments.
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure, HPC clusters, GPU-based systems, or large-scale compute environments.
- Understanding of networking, storage, and data center infrastructure fundamentals.
Responsibilities
- Lead deployment, configuration, validation, and operational support activities for AI and HPC environments.
- Ensure infrastructure consistency, compliance, operational readiness, and service reliability across large-scale deployments.
- Drive incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service restoration to maintain platform availability and performance.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, and deployment teams to improve service delivery, monitoring, and operational excellence.
- Contribute to automation, telemetry, and continuous service improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability.
