Job summary

Dream Acquisition Group is hiring a bilingual Customer Service Specialist for our Helsinki office. You will be the single point of contact for existing customers across Sweden and Finland, handling invoicing questions, listings, buyer matching, complaints, and account issues.

You will respond quickly and professionally, shaping how we service two markets. Fluency in Finnish and Swedish plus working-level English are required, with strong CRM/ticketing skills and a calm, clear written style.

Qualifications

• Owns cases end-to-end until closed.
• Organised, structured; comfortable with CRMs and ticketing tools.
• Wants to shape customer service across two markets.

Responsibilities

• Be single point of contact for existing customers on both markets (Finnish/Swedish) – mainly sellers.
• Handle invoicing questions, listing operations, buyer-matching, complaints, and account issues from start to finish.
• Provide fast, clear, professional service—same-day response.
• Feed signals back to the team about bugs, unhappy customers, and coaching input.
• Collaborate with the founders and sales teams in Sweden and Finland.

We're now hiring a bilingual Customer Service Specialist for our Helsinki office, working across both Bolagsplatsen and Yrityspörssi.

The role in short

• You are the single point of contact for our existing customers on both markets, mainly assisting sellers.
• You handle invoicing questions, listing operations, buyer-matching, complaints, and account issues from start to finish. Nothing bounces back to sales.
• Fast, clear, professional service is the standard. Same day, every day.
• You feed signals back to the team — recurring bugs, unhappy customers, coaching input.
• Modern stack: HubSpot, Aircall, Telavox, Gmail, Slack, and custom AI tooling that removes the boring parts.

We're looking for someone who

• Speaks fluent Finnish and fluent Swedish — both required, daily. English at working level.
• Is calm under pressure and exceptionally clear in writing.
• Solves problems end-to-end — owns the case until it's closed.
• Is organised, structured, and comfortable working with CRMs and ticketing tools.
• Wants to build something — you'll be shaping how we do customer service across two markets.
