Job summary

Elisa Industriq is seeking a proactive Marketing Campaign Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize integrated B2B campaigns that build brand awareness and generate demand. You’ll partner with Sales and experts to translate priorities into impactful campaigns across channels.

The role blends campaign execution, content creation, digital marketing, and analytics, with ownership from idea to measurable business results. English and Swedish communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B marketing, campaign marketing, or similar.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns.
• B2B buyer journey, lead generation, and optimization knowledge.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot or similar).
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Google Ads experience is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Swedish communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated B2B campaigns across channels.
• Develop messaging based on customer needs and commercial priorities.
• Coordinate content and digital marketing assets for campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales for lead handover and conversion.
• Monitor, test, and optimize campaigns and landing pages.
• Analyze results and share insights with stakeholders to improve ROI.
