The role

Your key responsibilities are:

• Serving as the architecture domain expert, providing and setting best practices and methods for future‑proof solution architecture for our clients.
• Assessing clients’ technology environments, their development needs and requirements.
• Keeping up to date with the latest in modern cloud, SaaS, CDP, data & analytics technologies as well as marketing technologies.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, with a significant impact on the client’s success.
• Staying current with emerging martech technologies such as Braze, Hightouch, Talon.one and others.

Who are you?

You enjoy communicating with stakeholders and are comfortable delivering presentations to an audience. You have a commercial mindset and can communicate in English without hesitation. You are a team‑player, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, can meet deadlines, and have a strong sense of ownership.

• Experience in data flows of complex enterprises from source systems to analytics and Marketing & Sales Technologies.
• Experienced in designing end‑to‑end solution architectures for modern data‑driven customer engagement.
• Experience coaching developers and system specialists in project implementation.
• Experience supporting the sales process from a technical perspective.
• Experience with classic AI or generative AI solutions is an asset.
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and security aspects, and how they impact architecture design.
• Possibly holding a cloud architect certificate (e.g., Google Cloud Architect, Azure Solution Architect, AWS Solution Architect).
• Fluent in English.

Practical information

This is a permanent position with a 6‑month probation period, based at our Helsinki office at Albertinkatu 25. Starting date is as soon as possible or by agreement. We offer a hybrid remote workplace.
