Espoon kaupunginteatterisäätiö sr in Espoo seeks a Sales and Customer Relations Manager to grow audiences for its productions and convert interest into sales. You will shape who we reach, what we offer, and how we turn inquiries into proposals.

You will lead proactive sales, develop attractive packages for businesses and groups, and build lasting customer relationships. The role reports to the Sales and Marketing Director with a focus on expanding group sales and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Proven track record in winning new customers and growing sales.
• Experience using CRM and ticketing systems to manage customer relations.
• Structured, proactive approach: planning, prioritising and following through.
• Ability to engage customers face to face, by phone, email and online.
• Familiarity with theatre or arts sector is advantageous.
