Job summary

Metso in the Asia Pacific region is looking for an experienced Future Talent Program Advisor to lead the delivery, development and continuous improvement of apprentice, graduate, trainee and early careers programs across multiple countries.

This role requires collaboration with leaders, HR teams, and education providers to drive successful program outcomes, strengthen the talent pipeline, and shape future capability in a dynamic, global organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing apprenticeship/graduate/trainee programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Experience partnering with leaders across multiple groups.
• Knowledge of training frameworks and education providers.
• Strong reporting, administration and project coordination.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122).
• Continuous improvement mindset for developing future talent.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of apprentice, graduate, trainee, intern and other early career programs.
• Partnering with leaders to support participant development and program outcomes.
• Building relationships with participants, supervisors, education providers and industry partners.
• Supporting talent attraction and employer branding activities.
• Monitoring program performance, compliance and reporting requirements.
• Contributing to the evolution of Metso's Future Talent strategy and participant experience.
