Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced External Talent Strategy Lead for EMEA to shape and evolve its External Talent approach across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will partner with regional and global stakeholders within Global Procurement to design strategies and drive execution.

You will lead initiatives in supplier management, workforce solutions, and talent channels, while delivering analytics-based insights and governance to optimize external talent programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement, Workforce Strategy, Talent Supply Chain, or related strategic function.
• Experience in global or regional matrix organizations.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and program leadership.
• Procurement and supplier management experience.
• Workforce strategy and talent supply chain management experience.
• Experience with strategic sourcing and RFP management.
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills.
• Vendor performance management and commercial negotiation.
• Process improvement and transformation experience.
• Advanced stakeholder management, relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to lead through collaboration without direct authority and navigate ambiguity.
• Community leadership and knowledge sharing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, evolve, and support the implementation of the EMEA External Talent strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional and global stakeholders to support workforce and supplier strategies.
• Lead initiatives in vendor management, talent acquisition channels, workforce innovation, and operational excellence.
• Monitor supplier performance, contract coverage, spend analytics, and reporting to identify optimization opportunities.
• Drive supplier selection, sourcing events, and strategic negotiations with global/regional providers.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics for decision making.
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes and local regulations.
• Foster collaboration across the External Talent community through knowledge sharing and stakeholder engagement.
