This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR, Talent, Learning & Development or Early Careers professional who is passionate about developing future capability and creating meaningful career pathways. Working across multiple countries and cultures, you will partner with leaders, participants and education providers to drive successful program outcomes and strengthen Metso's future talent pipeline.
Reporting to the Talent & Development Manager, you will provide advice, coordination and support across a portfolio of Future Talent Programs while building strong relationships with operational leaders, HR teams and external education partners throughout the Asia Pacific region.
You are a relationship-focused professional who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders and influencing positive outcomes. You combine strong organisational skills with the ability to build credibility, provide guidance and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
