Avenu Oy in Helsinki is seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to manage Seller Central accounts, troubleshoot listings, and maintain account health across markets.

You will collaborate with clients, handle cases with Seller Support, Brand Registry, and SAS Core, and drive accurate ASIN management, variation setup, and daily account performance. A proactive, detail-focused communicator with multi-market experience is essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years as an Amazon Account Manager (Seller Central / 3P required).
• Hands-on experience with Seller Support, Brand Registry, and SAS Core.
• Strong troubleshooting, case creation, escalation, and resolution skills.
• Experience with flatfile uploads, parent-child variation setup, and ASIN management.
• Familiar with category listing reports and listing structure.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and effective communicator.
