Job summary

Avenu Oy is seeking a proactive Account Manager to own client accounts end-to-end in a fast-moving remote environment. You will coordinate SEO, PPC, Catalog, and design efforts, communicating clearly with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines.

You will manage multiple English-speaking or US-based clients, drive execution, and present performance updates with actionable next steps. This role emphasizes adaptability and strong organizational skills in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Account or Brand Manager experience handling English-speaking or US-based clients.
• Strong communication, client management, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and driving execution in a remote setup.
• Strong understanding of Amazon operations, e-commerce workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of how Amazon SEO, PPC, Catalog, and operational teams work together within Seller Central.

Responsibilities

• Own client accounts end-to-end, including client communication, expectations, and account priorities.
• Set priorities and lead execution across SEO, PPC, Catalog, Graphics, and Troubleshooting, holding specialists accountable to deadlines.
• Track projects, deliverables, client requests, and operational updates using ClickUp and Google Workspace.
• Build and present account performance reports, explaining results and recommending next steps.
• Identify workflow and process improvements that support efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Adaptable and open to evolving systems and workflows.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused.
• Confident and decisive communicator.
• Self-driven and comfortable leading clients and internal specialists.
• Able to hold stakeholders accountable and keep work moving toward deadlines.
