Job summary

Avenu Oy is seeking a Senior Amazon Catalog Specialist to lead catalog operations, listing implementation, and Seller Central maintenance across marketplaces. The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience and a strong command of catalog structure, flatfiles, and listing policies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience required.
• Strong understanding of catalog structure and variation setup.
• Experience with flatfiles, listing maintenance, and Amazon listing policies.
• Experience with listing uploads, backend updates, and catalog monitoring.
• Familiarity with flatfile templates and catalog reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage SKU setup, listing creation, and parent-child variation structures across marketplaces.
• Maintain accurate product data, browse nodes, backend categorization, and catalog organization.
• Upload and implement approved listing content, backend search terms, images, videos, and A+ Content.
• Verify publishing accuracy, backend consistency, and listing setup before launch.
• Implement approved pricing, coupons, and promotions when required.
• Monitor suppressions, stranded inventory, listing inconsistencies, and inventory-related alerts.
• Conduct catalog audits, flatfile uploads, maintenance updates, and issue flagging.
• Generate and review catalog health reports and operational insights.
