Job summary

OP Pohjola is seeking a Tech Lead to join the Development & Technologies organisation in Helsinki/Oulu, with hybrid work and 50% on-site. You will own the AI Tribe’s tactical architecture, drive ADR governance, and steer architecture decisions in line with enterprise goals.

You'll collaborate with Product Owners, Software Developers, Data Scientists and AI Engineers to connect business priorities with technology choices, ensuring security, regulatory compliance, and scalable solutions across AI

Qualifications

• Experience guiding architecture in AI adoption and enterprise-scale projects.
• Broad experience with architecture governance and ADRs.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Finnish is a plus.
• Financial-services domain exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI Tribe’s tactical architecture and ADR governance.
• Guide solution design across AI platforms and domains.
• Provide technical advisory to development teams and boards.
• Collaborate with AI Tribe leadership and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Lead architecture discussions across stakeholder groups as needed.
